29th ACM Intl. Programming Contest Results

From Slashdot, I saw that contest result..I am wondering whether there is any university in Taiwan participant in this contest.So i check out the list....yes...the top one school in Taiwan, National Taiwan university...but, it far away out of the first 20 order.Comparing it to the WCG, Taiwanese may be a good user, not a producer...
